Returning things to HD Labels
If you need to return anything to HD Labels please contact one of our account managers and request a returns number.
Please ensure anything returned is in its original packaging as any damage will not be covered by warranty.
Any goods being returned for a refund that are not returned as new, in the correct packaging, have any damage or have been used may be subject to a re-stocking fee. This might even be the manufacturers fee and could be up to 25% of the purchase price.
NOTE: It’s important you get samples or have a demo and be happy with any print quality etc before you purchase your printer to avoid any restocking fee. Ideally the sample are of your own artwork and you test them to ensure they meet your requirement. HD Labels are happy to provide any samples from any printer at no cost.
For any hardware returns please contact the Technical Team to arrange return. Please do not ship anything back to us without firstly booking your return in with the team here.
Custom Labels or Material Returns:
Any goods that have been custom made, personalised or made to order with your artwork or you sign off on proofs, labels sizes etc are non refundable. We recommend you get samples and double check all proofs including the measurements to ensure you are ordering exactly what you want. Any custom made products are non refundable by law so ensure you take advantage of our FREE samples and test everything you can.
