The Bottle Matic is designed to make label application easier & faster when applying labels in a small production environment. It offers consistent, straight, smooth label application at speed.
The Bottle Matic 2 label applicator is a double label system. This will apply both front and back labels in one pass. You will need to have your labels printed front then back for this to work. You can still just apply single labels if you need to. There is a simple pedal button for one push application.
This applicator is available in three different widths. 6″ (152mm), 10″ (250mm) & 16″ (406mm)
Each Bottle-Matic can be adapted to work with tapered, ridged or odd shaped containers, just send us a sample of your product and we will advise you of the cost for any modifications that may be required.
For containers under 38mm in diameter and lightweight containers a pressure arm is fitted as standard.
